We’re proud to announce that our Technology Officer and CEO completed the “Food Processing for Startups & Beginners” training program in December 2024, hosted by Meannan Foods. This comprehensive program was led by Mrs. Charity Adupong, a seasoned entrepreneur with over 18 years of industry experience and a track record of building a six-figure food processing business.

The training provided a solid foundation in both the strategic and operational aspects of food processing. Key modules included:

• Setting up a food processing business
• Efficient sourcing of equipment
• Fundraising and applying for grants
• Navigating regulatory compliance and certification
• Packaging, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and basic HACCP principles

Our team also engaged in elective sessions tailored to our core areas of interest, such as processing nuts, snacks, and cereals. The interactive and practical nature of the program delivered real-world insights that will help us scale our operations, improve product quality, and streamline production processes.
